Terms of Service

MENA Rewards ("the Platform", "we") is a creator marketing marketplace operated from Algeria. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. One person may hold both a creator and a brand role, but every account must belong to a real person or a legally registered organisation.

We may ask for identity or business verification (KYC) before enabling payouts or the verified badge. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms or present a risk of fraud.

Brands publish campaigns with a budget, a payment model (CPM, flat rate or retainer), a cap per submission, eligibility rules and a brief. Campaigns are reviewed by MENA Rewards before going live and may be rejected or paused if they breach these Terms or applicable law.

Launching a campaign reserves its full budget from the brand wallet. Reserved funds are used only to pay creator rewards for that campaign. Unused reserved funds are released back to the brand wallet when the campaign is completed, closed or rejected.

Brands must review submissions in good faith and within a reasonable time. Rejections must state a reason.

Creators must own or hold the rights to the content they submit, follow the campaign brief and the rules of the social platform used, and clearly disclose paid partnerships where required by law or platform policy.

Prohibited: purchased or artificial views, likes or followers; misleading claims; content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringes third-party rights. Violations lead to removal of earnings, account termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.

By submitting content to a campaign, creators grant the brand a non-exclusive licence to share, embed and repost the submitted post for the duration of the campaign and for the brand's own reporting. Creators keep ownership of their content.

All balances are held in Algerian dinars (DZD) and recorded in an internal ledger. Brand deposits are processed by SlickPay and credited only after server-side verification. MENA Rewards does not store card details.

Creator earnings are credited as pending when a submission is approved or its views are verified, and released after the campaign's holding period. Creators withdraw available balances to a SlickPay account. Payouts may be reviewed before processing and can be delayed or refused where fraud is suspected.

Failed or rejected payouts return the full gross amount to the creator's available balance.

Brands pay no platform fee: 100% of a deposit is available for campaign rewards. Creators pay a platform fee of 10% of the gross amount of each withdrawal, deducted at the moment of withdrawal only. The applicable rate is shown before you confirm a payout.

Third parties such as banks or SlickPay may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

We monitor metrics for abnormal patterns. We may withhold, reverse or cancel earnings linked to fraudulent activity, suspend accounts pending investigation and terminate accounts of repeat offenders. Reserved brand budgets affected by fraud are returned to the brand.

Creators may dispute a rejection, an earnings calculation or a payout from their dashboard within 14 days of the decision. Brands may dispute submissions in the same way. MENA Rewards reviews the evidence provided by both sides and issues a final decision on the Platform.

The Platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, MENA Rewards is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, social platform outages, or the actions of brands and creators towards each other. Our total liability towards you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in the dashboard. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your available balance. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.
